Strings Curriculum

For strings instruction, East Valley School of Music uses the Essential Elements 2000 for Strings curriculum along with the Suzuki method and various supplemental books/materials. Students cover a variety of topics, including proper posture, hand position, bow technique, reading music, memorizing scales, music theory, exposure to appropriate literature. Students will learn to master technique and perform some of their favorite songs on stage.
