Hannah Greer is a pianist, guitarist, singer, and organist who has had a passion for music from a young age. As a child, playing piano became her favorite hobby. Throughout her years in school growing up, she took part in many talent shows and music classes. In high school she would assist her teacher by accompanying her advanced jazz choir class during rehearsals. She would also compete in competitions and perform at various functions throughout her many years in choir. After graduating from Poston Butte High School, she went on to attend Central Arizona College and is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in music.
Hannah’s teaching career has spanned over 6 years where she has taught piano and guitar at various music stores around the valley as well as in her own studio. Since once being a young beginner student, she understands how to create an exciting and positive learning environment for all ages, and tailoring lesson plans to each student’s learning styles. Her enthusiasm for music education and getting to be a part of each student’s growth process is what drives her dedication to teaching and to building a lasting impression for the next generation of musicians.
Aside from teaching, she spent 3 years as a piano accompanist for a choir group in the LDS Church, where they would regularly perform a number of songs for the congregation. In addition, she would accompany congregations on the organ during services. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys recording and producing her own songs as well as spending time with her Basset Hound.
