East Valley School of Music operates year-round. Students who withdraw for summer travel will not be guaranteed their current timeslot when they return and will be charged a $59 enrollment fee to resume lessons. Under the Summer Travel Policy, students who take 5 to 8 weeks off between May and August may pay half the tuition amount in order to hold their weekly timeslot and stay enrolled. These students may also attend Master Group Make-up Classes during that period. (NO private make-up lessons will be given for the missed lessons). The discounted tuition will be reflected in the July invoice. If you plan to travel during these months, contact to the office to submit a ‘Summer Travel Policy’ form in advance.
By signing this form, I agree that the student(s) listed above will be out of town and otherwise unavailable for lessons.
I understand that the discounted tuition for amount of missed lessons will be reflected on my July invoice (which is due on June 20th).
I understand that the student(s) listed above are eligible to attend the monthly Master Group Make-up Classes offered by my instructor as needed. (NO private make-up lessons will be given for the missed lessons.)
