Skully Lawrence
A native of Sierra Vista, Arizona, relocated to Norwich, England, at the age of 21. There, he formed a band called “Allied Forces” with an American childhood friend and three British musicians. After extensive touring and efforts to launch the band, he returned to Phoenix, Arizona. Within a couple of years, he joined forces with Lurch Killz, the original bassist for Sacred Reich. Subsequently, he released several epic albums with Alowicious Toole, along with The Flotsam & Jetsam guitarist, Mark Simpson, and another local metal band called Blind Rage. Skully has also played bass for the AK Corral, with Eric A.K. and Ed Carlson from Flotsam & Jetsam, Scott Goodwine of S.I.L., Tory Edwards, a local fiddle prodigy, and Rob Kippart of the Rush tribute band Freewill. Additionally, he serves as the producer and lead guitarist/keyboard player for Cobalt Fall’s debut album, which is available on iTunes. Currently, he is playing guitar for the Dive Bar Knights. With a remarkable 39 years of playing experience, Skully offers guitar, bass, drums, ukulele, mandolin, and bell kit lessons.
