Jenny started playing piano when she was five. She received her bachelor’s degree in Music Composition from Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul, Korea and graduated with a valedictorian honor for music composition. Jenny studied organ performance under Dr. Kimberly Marshall and received her master’s degree in Organ Performance from Arizona State University. Jenny was also introduced in Pipedreams classical radio in 2022.

Jenny is an experienced music composer, instructor, and church accompanists for more than 20 years. Music composition and her experience in piano instruction allows her students to not simply learn how to play piano but helps the students to understand, interpret and express each piece creatively.  Jenny has a deep understanding of the needs of her students, of all ages and levels, and adjusts to the students’ personality traits and learning abilities to create an enjoyable and effective learning environment and experience.

Music is her passion and spreading the love of music to others to enjoy life with music is one of her life’s goals and her greatest joys.
